Okay now…this is neat, for business to arrange a disposable chat room to meet for a time. But for gosh sakes after you check it out, use it for a good purpose to meet your project members. What you can do is send them the url through Skype if you have that running…
- create your room
- sign in with Twitter etc.
- enter your topic
- set your privacy
- OK
- invite friends
- start broadcasting, allow
So you’ll see yourself in the little camera window…which is exactly WHY you want to set the privacy.
Tell ya why…on the main page you see lots of tiny little thumbnails of people who are in their own chat rooms without the privacy setting.
Now, if you click on one you’ll see something strange…so don’t do it. What I saw was some guy looking intently (not at me).
Okay, so if someone randomly clicked on your little image they would see you! See what I mean?
But it’s a great tool for you and your team to meet. There’s some tabs, drop-down menus and all that. You can even record it (better than a secretary).
*note: you can type or talk
