Oh, and don't take Vitamin D supplements because they make it from sheep wool.

Here’s your honest to goodness guide:

Be afraid of the sun and base everything you know about it from 2nd-hand hearsay

Avoid tanning beds, especially the UVB types that help you make Vitamin D

Tell everyone that tanning is the worst thing you could do for your health

That’s it. Whatever you do, trust Big Pharma, the lotion industry and the media, and stay indoors, or in your car, plus don’t be a snow bird.

You might get sand in your bathing suit. And don’t come crying to me about your passion.

Oh, and think twice about Vitamin D supplements because they make it from sheep wool.

Especially don’t check any true resource.

Right, I changed the name H1N1 to “hini” which sounds like “honey”…

You get a little sympathy (very little)

You can lie around & finally read that book

Coughing up gobs is fun

You will be able to tighten your belt one more notch

You can be part of a big movement

When it stops you feel so alive!

The fear is totally gone

Here’s how I dealt with it:

home-made bone soup

Swedish bitters

Nim-Jiong cough syrup

regular & steroid inhaler

hot Epsome salt baths

sleep

Kosher sea salt saline solution (nose)

Natalie MacLean…gosh, really like her (love Twitter for making people recommendations)

You know, I love God for teaching and guiding us…wasn’t taking wine for a few weeks. What’s up with that? He gives us good things.
